License Description

The Full Specialist license allows the holder to professionally practice all specialties at Monarca Beauty Institute, including Cosmetology, Nail Specialist, and Facial Specialist. This license is officially recognized by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE) and meets all state requirements for professional practice.

Requirements to Obtain the License

✓ Complete all programs offered at Monarca Beauty Institute (Cosmetology, Nail, and Facial Specialist).
✓ Complete the required hours for each program.
✓ Pass the practical and theoretical exams for each specialty.
✓ Submit the official license application to the CIE.
